The “Marriageability” series is all about being the kind of person that makes marriage great. Here’s a summary of what we’ve discussed:
The #1 factor for marriageability is spirituality. People who are spiritually focused just do better – and we can prove it. The #2 factor is sacrifice. When the husband leads the way by sacrificially loving the wife, it sets the foundation for all sorts of incredible things. #3 is surrender. The wife surrenders to the husband’s leadership by believing God can work in ways she cannot. It is factor #4, sympathy, which means to suffer together, but the idea is to live out all of life together as ONE.
Today, I’ll focus on sexuality! The Bible doesn’t hold back when it comes to sexuality. One man & one woman in marriage for life is clearly what the Bible teaches, and it is in that environment that sexuality becomes all it should be.
Want to help hurting families this Christmas? We have a strategy this year that will allow us to help with gifts for hurting people and be able to present those gifts in a great environment in their public school setting. Want more information? Go to www.nightofwonder.org and see how you can help!

Have you read the new Barna research? around 75% of adults went to Sunday School as a kid, where as only 60% of Single Adults went to Sunday School. Translation: it may just be a little bit, but your odds of getting married go up if you go to Sunday School as a kid!
